These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using Edaphia Garden Planner. By using Edaphia, you agree to use the app responsibly and understand that gardening results can vary.
Gardening Guidance
Edaphia provides gardening information, planning tools, planting windows, crop notes, and related references for informational purposes only. Planting dates, care guidance, and growing recommendations are estimates and may vary based on weather, soil, microclimate, variety selection, pest pressure, irrigation, user practices, and other local conditions.
Edaphia does not guarantee crop performance, harvest size, plant survival, pest prevention, disease prevention, or gardening success.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their own gardening decisions, including planting, watering, fertilizing, pest control, tool use, chemical use, food safety, and harvest decisions. Always read and follow product labels, seed packet instructions, local extension guidance, and applicable laws or regulations.
Accounts
Some Edaphia features may require an account. Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure and for activity that occurs under their account.
User Content
Edaphia may allow users to save garden plans, planting records, notes, journal entries, harvest logs, reminders, photos, or other content. Users are responsible for the content they add and should not upload unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, or unrelated material.
By adding content to Edaphia, users give Edaphia permission to store and display that content as needed to operate the app and provide the requested features.
Sources and References
Edaphia may adapt information from public gardening resources, extension guidance, seed references, and other sources. Source information is provided where available. See the Sources page for more information.
External Links
Edaphia may include links to external websites, references, stores, or other resources. External websites are not controlled by Edaphia, and Edaphia is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, pricing, policies, or practices.
Shopping, Ads, and Affiliate Features
Edaphia may later include shopping lists, product references, store links, advertising, sponsored content, or affiliate links. If those features are added, additional disclosures may be provided where appropriate.
Availability and Changes
Edaphia may be updated, changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. Features may be added, removed, limited, or revised as the app develops.
No Warranty
Edaphia is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for every garden, crop, region, climate, or user.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Edaphia and its owner are not liable for damages, losses, failed crops, lost data, missed reminders, incorrect planting decisions, or other outcomes related to use of the app or reliance on its information.
Termination
Access to Edaphia may be limited or removed if a user misuses the app, violates these terms, attempts to compromise the service, or uses the app in a harmful or unlawful way.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Edaphia grows or as features change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
