Beta support expectations
During beta, Edaphia aims to acknowledge urgent account-access or data-loss reports the same business day and other questions or corrections within three business days. Support is reviewed manually and is not an emergency or around-the-clock service.
Helpful details
- The page or feature you were using.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device type when reporting a technical problem.
- The crop, variety, growing zone, or region when suggesting a correction.
Protect your information
Never email your password, database credentials, or other sensitive information. For account help, send the message from the email address associated with your Edaphia account when possible.
